Qualification Details: Aspirants should have attained 12th with science / B.Sc. Degree (Physics / Nursing) / B.Sc. MRT / MIT / Diploma (Pharmacy / Radiology / Radiological Assistant / GNM course) / B.Pharm / Nursing Aid Training Course Certificate / Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate from a recognized Board / University / Institute.

Exam Fee:

• A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 750/- is needed to be paid by General / OBC Category Candidates.
• Contenders belonging to the SC / ST & Other Category : Rs. 250/-.

Age Limitations:
